Planting Seeds and Throwing Rocks

I often describe my almost 2 year old nephew as appearing as he’s always running down hill.  He’s just in motion all the time and if he’s coming your way you need to brace for it.  My son, just a few months older, is similar…especially when he’s wearing “slidey” socks on hardwood floor.  Inertia is funny and everywhere…when you’re moving it’s hard to stop and when you’re still it’s hard to get moving.  Janna and I should get our federal background checks back soon as we are close to adopting again.  Adopting Bess was a huge step for us.  A few years later we proceeded again and it was like, “oh yeah, we’ve done this before.”  Now we’re like, “hey, we’re not getting any younger and we have an extra room.”  Might as well keep moving.  I can stop when I’m dead.
